Why spend Winter in the cold? For virtually the same costs that you would incur by remaining at home, you can enjoy the warmth that our "old joints" appreciate by spending Winter at "Finca Inca", Javea, where temperatures are, on average, 10C warmer than in the U.K. Our Long Winter Let rate is for a minimum period of 8-weeks during the period October to the end of April inclusive at £132.50 p.p.p.w., ( minimum charge £265/wk.) By prior arrangement, you are welcome to invite guests to join you and they would pay the same rate as yourselves. This covers water, electricity and CENTRAL HEATING! ADSL is available @ £10 extra / week.
