Well we have just spent our 7 th. visit with you and had wall to wall sunshine which is wonderful but the downside is that we don’t move much from the Villa. Where can you better the views? The first week with Steph (Daughter) and the little ones was a little more active, to puit it mildly, but great fun, and the second week, well, it is not possible to be lazier.
Thank you for your kind hospitality at the BBQ – next time it will be our turn to return the favour.

We have had a really relaxing week at Finca Inca. The amazing views from the balcony more than compensated for the narrow winding road and track to reach the house. The highlight of our week was the Moors and Christians parade through Javea and watching the firework display from the balcony. We visited our favourite restaurant, “Pipi y Estrella” and enjoyed a curry from “Swagat” ( now called “RANI” ). The welcome pack in the apartment was very much appreciated.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday at “Finca Inca”. It was very relaxing, just the right place to “chill”.
The views are outstanding both day & night. The firework display on the quay on the eighth of Sept. was truly magnificent and a sight to see!
Our favourite restaurants were “Piri-Piri, “La Boheme” and the ”Ammanacer”. The supermarket had everything else we needed. Taxi service also quite good but did need reminding of times to turn up! ( N.B.. This is for information not a criticism).
Finally, we would like to thank Hal & Ame for a great welcome. Hope you had a great time in Peru and had a safe journey back to Spain.

We’ve had a wonderful time – the villa and the views are great memories for us tio take back to England with us.
All three restaurants were excellent and we especially enjoyed the Spanish atmosphere at “La Plana” which was also the cheapest – but not the reason we preferred it!
The boys loved the warm pool and although this was our first visit here, we all hope it won’t be our last; Hal & Ame really made us welcome.

The most wonderful –place to lay ghosts to rest; do a lot of soul searching, and bring old friends closer together. Will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we take away some wonderful and special memories.
Geoff & I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you both, for sharing your lovely home with us this past week. We can both honestly say. That Finca Inca has to be the best pace we’ve ever stayed in. I’ve no doubt that you have had countless comments made over the years about the spectacular views, the peacefulness, the overall comfort etc., and all we can add to this is that it was indeed the most relaxing and perfect place to be.

Thank you for letting us stay. This is our 4 th. visit to Javea and it's
still as pretty as we remember. Gary was in his element as he various bird
spottings:-
Sardinian Warbler, Woodchat Shrike, pair of 'chafs',. Hoopoes, Serin/siskin,
and lots of rabbits
Weather fantastic until Saturday to which we had rain & high winds (
however, still very enjoyable & large hiccups aside <none of our doing>)
Hope to see you both in July - fish & chips at Steels - ( on us) !!

This was our first visit to mainland Spain, Geoff found this villa on the
internet, well, what a find, Yes, the villa has the most amazing views, it's
clean, it has everything to make a holiday special. However, there is one
special ingredient that changed it from special to fantastic, Ame & Hal.
They have a wonderful way of being there but not intruding.
We spent a lovely evening with them when we were entertained to Hal's famous
curry and Ame's "very special rice" made for Geoff.
Thank you for making our stay here so wonderful, and even though my mobility
was limited due to a broken ankle ( recovering!), the area is great for
walking. Look forward so much in coming back.

We’ve spent two weeks here and it’s not often we think this but – we will miss it!
Great villa with great views and sea breeze for those very hot days. Took a day or so to get used to the windy hilly roads but now – easy!
Our tips for other guests ( we have two boys 10 & 14). Drive to Xeraco and get a train to Valencia for the day – it was effortless and a great city. Visit the Oceanografic, (the largest aquarium in Europe) and enjoy the shops.
Sorry , Hal but we didn’t like “Scallops” but Piri Piri was outstanding with food, service manners and cost. Also at the Portside there is a little tapas place up the steps?? - Really good and very inexpensive.
Hal & Ame – Thanks for a lovely place and a great holiday.- Shame we didn’t get to meet you, perhaps next time? ( Pity you got such bad weather in England!)./ Also thank your assistance and little welcome pack.

Thank you both for the exceptional welcome we received. We could not have
asked for better hosts than Hal & Ame though very discreet, they were always
there to give help & advice.
The view from the balcony is "Exceptional...fantastic...unbelievable"
especially at night with all the lights in the house turned off. The lights
from the Town and the lighthouse to the left truly light up the favourable
coastline.
We truly enjoyed our short-break and hope to return in the near future.

journey - arriving at Gatwick at 1 a....m. Sunday morning sop we did not get
back to L:uton to pick up the car until 0240 and then an hour home.
However, we were so chil;led from your villa that we were not in the least
bothered - we got home safe and had a fantastic time.
We thought about your comment book and I was going to put, "Out of all the
places we have stayed in from the America, Cyprus, Crete, France &
Derbyshire, this was the only place we would ever go back to" - but Ursula
said it sounded like I have never had a good holiday. I can't thank you

It is difficult to say anything that has not already been said. Both view
and villa superb.
We arrived with the intent of exploring the area and ended up going not much
further than the Old Town & Port ( other than to eat in several of the good
restaurants you recommended).
The setting certainly made us extremely lazy!

We had jumped at the chance to get away for a last minute break and descended upon Hal & Ame with really no notice at all. However, the Finca was presented beautifully and with many thoughtful touches. To top it all, we got lost on the way from the airport, yet Hal kindly stayed on the phone to guide us in, and was waiting with a cheery welcome when we eventually arrived in the wee small hours. Previous guests have said it all about the lovely accommodation and views (though the satellite telly and broadband link were also a big hit with us) and we would like to say how grateful we are to Hal & Ame for their wonderful hospitality and friendliness.

The pool looks great but just a bit too cold to use it. The rest of the villa is superb, but the best part of it all is the incredible view!!! Hal & Ame are the best type of people to rent from, friendly, honest and helpful. We’ll be back to Javea one day, hopefully in our own villa – nothing so grand as this one unfortunately!!

Just what the doctor ordered! A really relaxing place to be. We’ve had a great holiday – although have done very little except sunbathe, sleep and eat too much!
When booking a holiday you always hope it will be as good as it looks! This villa, location, views etc. are far better than we could have imagined. We both feel fully rested but are not looking forward to the |English weather.

We are so pleased that we spent hours trawling the internet & holiday magazines because we finally found a wonderful place.
It was so much better than we imagined. Although you weren’t there to meet us- your hospitality was evident. The wine, Kit-Kats and crisps were very much appreciated.
The villa was extremely comfortable and cosy. We felt at home immediately. The views were incredible and we couldn’t get enough of them. The pool was used a lot the weather was wonderful – Poppy & Joh made use of the things in the pool room – Thank you.
We are very sad now as we are spending our final few hours here. We are definitely coming back – but if we had our way, we would never leave.

From the moment we arrived (impromptu lunch) we were greeted with great hospitality. Some great chats with lots of advice and information about the area and buying property. Copious numbers of G & Ts and English cheese for supper.
Ame and Hal are great hosts and they have a wonderful home. Finca Inca is a quiet and relaxing place, far away from the fast pace of life.
Good luck in the health treatments Hal, and Ame thank you for putting up with the frequent “radio ham” charts that the conversations found their way around to!!

We have enjoyed every minute :- meals in/out, even the swimming – shame you didn’t join us – the water may have been a little too warm ha-ha hee hee !!!

Hal & Ame – you have given us a miracle – the perfect place for Jim’s recovery from major surgery – “Finca Inca” is the “Heaven” we needed – there can be few views better in the World. Your help and encouragement was greatly appreciated – above and beyond the call of duty – great curry and superb lemon for my tender inside If possible will be back with more of the family.

Hal & Ame- we have a really superb holiday thanks very much to your kind hospitality. We very much appreciated your generous gesture on arrival - very appropriate for birthday celebrations after the long day. Everything has been said before re villa, pool, stunning views etc. – we reiterate it all. We look forward to our next visit. Best of luck with your eye Hal – we do hope all goes well for you. Back here for our 2 nd. Visit and another good holiday. Fabulous weather with a spectacular thunderstorm carefully arranged to be overnight! The air conditioning is certainly a welcome addition to this super villa. Still an excellent holiday location with food even better value than last year- if that‘s possible. We recommend “Los Almendros”” on the Jesus Pobre Road. Thanks once again to Hal & Ame for their superb hospitality and a very special Thanks from Richard for the Lionel Hampton DVD and the trip to the jazz festival to see Alvin Queen. Good news regarding Hal’s eye and hope this continues.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dear Hal & Ame
I just can’t wait any longer to write our comments in this book. Having been here only 5 days, and if it wasn’t for our very good friends who could not accommodate us this time around, we would not have had the opportunity of finding out for ourselves the meaning of bliss and tranquillity. It’s taken me all of five days to read everybody’s views, memories and comments about your wonderful apartment and it goes without saying it’s all of these things and more. Hal we both wish you from the bottom of our hearts that everything goes well with your eye and we know Ame is right behind you with her love and support.
Also thank you for fixing us up with a car which we couldn’t have done without, to enable us to go and see all the lovely places we have previously been in the past. Thanks again for being you and that we had the opportunity of taking advantage of this wonderful place of yours. ( A little bit of Heaven)
