Your Hosts: Hal and Ame Perkins
We have lived here since 1992 and have good local knowledge, which we are pleased to share with anyone interested. We are both retired. Ame hails from Peru (land of the Incas) and worked for a large American company in Lima as a bi-lingual secretary. Since Spanish is her native tongue, she is well 'at home' in Javea, and this has proved invaluable on more than one occasion when a guest has had a problem requiring a Spanish translator, doctor or ambulance and Ame has been able to assist. Just another little 'bonus' for guests at "Finca Inca". We have a private ambulance service to the villa in the event that Guests require hospital attention.
We are not necessarily in residence here all the time, so if this point is relevant to you, please check at the time of booking to see if we have plans to be away during your visit.
